The James Beard Foundation presents Trends & Transitions: Exploring Careers in the Culinary Industry. Hear what it’s like inside the industry from wine writers, restaurant designers, cookbooks writers and representatives from culinary schools from around New York. has partnered with OpenTable to host a cyber café where seminar attendees will be able to register for the JobFinder and search and apply for top food service industry positions online.
