"HOW TO MAKE IT”
CAREER SEMINAR
Rising star chefs will appear with their celebrity chef mentors.
The protégés will discuss lessons learned from
their mentors, while the celebrity chefs will explain why
the protégés stood out in their kitchens. This
seminar gives chefs, cooks, and culinary students the opportunity
to learn how to advance their careers and to discuss the difficulties
and rewards of the industry.
