StarChefs Studio returns to Boston for the New England Foodservice and Lodging Expo. A veritable Who’s Who of the restaurant industry will be sharing their professional expertise. This not-to-be-missed program of events is jam-packed with exciting demos from Boston’s leading up-and-coming chefs, plus humorous anecdotes from Anthony Bourdain of Kitchen Confidential fame, and valuable business lessons from chefs and other industry professionals. Anthony Bourdain, author of the popular memoir and expose, Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly, will wax philosophical and comical, about the challenges of running a kitchen.

KITCHEN COMBAT: BATTLE OF THE SEXES
On your marks, get set, cook! Two teams made up of Boston's top chefs face off in StarChefs' culinary showdown. Once the mystery ingredient is revealed, opposing teams will have one hour to conceptualize, cook and plate inventive dishes to be judged by a panel of critics. Only one team will taste victory.
