We’re headed out west in March for not one, but two, book signings for our latest edition of Chefs to Know: A Guide to Chefs for Chefs. Don’t miss the Dine+Sign event at Café Juanita on the evening of March 2nd. And stop by for an afternoon book signing at University Bookstore where you can purchase your copy of Chefs to Know—or bring your already-purchased book—to be signed by some of Seattle’s best and brightest chefs.

Dine with some of Seattle’s stellar chefs at Café Juanita and get a signed copy of Chefs to Know. The meal will feature individual courses prepared by local chefs included in the book, like Holly Smith of Cafe Juanita, Johnathan Sundstrom of Lark, Joseba Jiménez de Jiménez of Harvest Vine and Txori, Thierry Rautureau of Rover’s, and Eric Bahn of Monsoon.
