Michelin
in New York
October 25, 2006
In celebration of the release
of the 2007 New York City Michelin Guide, Williams-Sonoma
and Michelin Guides will host a public panel discussion featuring
a number of notable food and restaurant professionals. The
discussion will feature the director of the Michelin guides,
Jean-Luc Naret, and will touch on subjects ranging from the
past and present of the Michelin restaurant guide and its
role and reception in the food industry. The panel will be
moderated by Antoinette Bruno, Editor-in-Chief of StarChefs.com.
Other panelists include Bryan Miller, a former food critic
for the New York Times, chef and food consultant Barry Wine,
and Pascale Le Draoulec of the Daily News.
Admission is free and 100
seats will be reserved for those who purchase the guide, which
goes on sale that day.
