Brasserie Les Halles New York, Washington DC,
and Miami will celebrate the most important dates in the American and French
History with an annual Liberty Festival, honoring the 4th of July,
America's Independence Day, and the 14th of July, Bastille Day.
Throughout the 11 days, each restaurant in collaboration with will offer

The culmination of the Festival is the “Bastille Day Races”
(Friday, July 11th in Washington
D.C., Saturday, July 12th in Miami,
and Monday, July 14th in New
York downtown), where large street fairs are set up (Cancan Dancers,
juggler, face painting…), including four different races in each
city, during which waiters and waitresses, chefs, and children compete.
