ICC 2007 ATTENDEES
StarChefs.com’s International Chefs Congress is a three-day culinary symposium where the world’s most influential and innovative chefs present the latest techniques and culinary concepts to 1,000 of their chef peers. This is the only event of its kind in the US. Attendees witness innovative chef demonstrations and expert panels on relevant industry topics. Smaller hands-on techniques workshops (savory, pastry, mixology) and wine tastings round out the program.
Park Avenue Armory is a one of New York’s greatest treasures and landmarks. Located on Park Avenue between 66th and 67th Streets, in the heart of Manhattan’s Upper East Side, the Amory was designated an exterior city landmark in 1986 and an interior landmark in 1994. The New York City Landmarks Commission has described the Armory’s magnificent reception and company rooms, designed by leaders of the American Aesthetic Movement, as the single most important collection of 19th-century interiors to survive intact in one building. The 55,000-square foot Drill Hall measures approximately 200 by 300 feet, with an 80-foot high barrel vault and two levels of clerestories and remains one of the largest unobstructed interiors in New York City. In 2000, the Armory was named one of the 100 most endangered sites in the world by the World Monuments Fund, the only New York venue on the list.

Leading manufacturers and purveyors from around the world showcase their products such as high-end kitchen equipment, specialty foods, chef tools and wines. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample and learn more about each sponsor’s products.
