International Chefs Congress
– A Kitchen Without Boundaries

Don’t miss the most important professional culinary event in the US this year: a three-day culinary symposium where the world’s most influential and innovative chefs will present the latest techniques and culinary concepts to their chef peers.

Attend chef demonstrations, hands-on workshops, career counseling sessions, and expert panels on key industry topics. Smaller hands-on techniques workshops (savory, pastry, mixology) and wine tastings round out the program. Source chef-relevant products and equipment from around the world at the Chef Products Fair.

The Venue
The second year of the 2007 International Chefs Congress promises to be even bigger and better than the first! Our new location atop the 7 World Trade Center building, boasts 50,000 square feet of space.This shimmering glass tower, completed in the spring of 2006, proudly marks the first skyscraper to be rebuilt after the attacks on September 11th, 2001. The majestic 52-story structure is the first commercial tower in New York City to be certified as “green” by the U.S. Green Building Council. With floor to ceiling windows on all sides, it has breathtaking views of the entire city.

Chefs Product Fair
Leading manufacturers and purveyors from around the world showcase their products such as high-end kitchen equipment, specialty foods, chef tools and wines. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample and learn more about each sponsor’s products.
