Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, now in its fourth year, has a dual mission of supporting local restaurants as well as the local farms and food producers. “Chefs go all out to wow customers using many ingredients from Hudson Valley farms,” says Janet Crawshaw, Restaurant Week organizer and publisher of The Valley Table Magazine, the Hudson Valley’s leading voice on the local food and farm scene. “Chefs will be featuring some of the finest products the valley has to offer, such as venison, heritage pork, artisanal cheeses, apples, wine. Even in March, farm-to-table feasting is possible and a pleasure.”
From casual eateries to eighteenth century inns to top-floor luxury hotel restaurants, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week offers a vast array of cuisines and settings to explore, not to mention plenty of hotels offering special rates for this event.
