The meal will feature individual courses prepared by local chefs included in the book, like Richard Corbo of Ducca, Stuart Brioza formerly of  Rubicon, Noriyuki Sugie formerly of Asiate (New York), Mark Dommen of One Market, and Nicole Krasinski formerly of Rubicon. Wine donated by the George Wine Company will be expertly paired with each dish by One Market sommelier Melanie Mancini.
