Apply now to compete in “Cooking
Under Fire” - a 12-part documentary and national
cooking competition premiering April 27, 2005 on PBS.
PBS is now taking applications for contestants
on this series – ideal candidates are culinary school
students and graduates, avid home cooks and passionate food
lovers, restaurant cooks, and restaurateurs in the making.
The winner will earn a
position in one of Star Chef Todd English’s restaurants
in New York City.
“Cooking Under Fire”
will be judged by:

Ming Tsai,
Chef and Host of the TV series, Simply Ming
Michael Ruhlman,
Author (The Making of a Chef and The Soul of
a Chef)

Other experts in the restaurant industry
Guest chefs from each competition
