Sparkling Three Grape Soup

Yield: 6-8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Concord grapes, stems removed
- 1 ounce sugar
- ½ cup water
- Lemon juice, to taste
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, sliced in half
- 1 cup green seedless grapes, sliced in half
- Sparkling soda, to taste
Method:
Place Concord grapes with sugar and water in non-reactive saucepan.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer 5 minutes. Pass grapes through
strainer and discard skins and seeds. Add lemon juice and/or more water
to taste, then refrigerate.
Add red and green grapes and seltzer water to Concord grape soup and
serve immediately.
