Register to win one of two First Prizes of 45 minutes in the limelight
as assistant pastry chef to Martin Howard or Wayne Brachman, two of New
York’s most well-known pastry chefs!
The main attractions of the Chocolate Show are the choco-licious
cooking demos given by top pastry chefs throughout the day in the Viking
and Valrhona Culinary Theaters. These chefs will reveal their chocolate
tips and techniques while demonstrating their signature chocolate desserts.
StarChefs is offering the 2 first prize winners the opportunity to assist
one of these two pastry chefs during their demos at the Chocolate Show.
The first prize winners will also receive two all-day passes to the show
on the day of their internship.

½ during his demonstration on Friday, November 14th from 7:00-7:45
pm. Take a chance to win time with Wayne Brachman, Food Network personality
and cookbook author (his latest, American Desserts: The Greatest Sweets
on Earth, out in October), during his demo on Saturday, November 15th
from 3:00-3:45 pm. Both demonstrations will take place in the Viking Culinary
Theater.
