In Trident Technical Colleges fully equipped instructional kitchens, students work side-by-side with award-winning chefs who share expertise gained through years of real-world experience. The Palmer Cafi, a student-run campus restaurant, provides training in the art and business of food service. From preparing a menu to preparing a souffli, from setting up a dining room to settling accounts, students receive a comprehensive education. Students can also gain experience, build their resumes and earn college credit by serving cooperative work experiences in the community. Our students graduate with skills for kitchen operations, baking and pastry creation, restaurant management, food and beverage supervision, and catering operations. TTCs culinary degree and diploma programs are accredited by the American Culinary Federation Educational Institute, and graduates are eligible for ACF certification. At TTC, youll receive exceptional training from experienced instructors who are focused on your success.
