J&W was the first to offer a four-year Culinary Arts degree in 1993 and the first to offer a four-year Baking & Pastry Arts degree in 1997. Financial aid is available for those who qualify and students are encouraged to enter our National Culinary Challenge to earn a scholarship worth up to full-tuition.
