In his workshop Extraction for Attraction: Building Signature Cordials Mix Master Joe Raya will demonstrate a combination of maceration and distilling techniques to show how you can build seasonal (and even bizarre) flavors behind the bar. Raya will share his library of extracts—from common-place fruits, herbs, and spices to off-the-wall flavors like soil, grass, minerals, and flowers.
