Ann Cooper on School Lunch

Ann Cooper, founder of Food Family Farming Foundation’s Lunch Box Project, took a break during the 2011 Women Chefs & Restaurateur's Conference to talk about what schools, governments, and chefs can do to make their school lunch programs better. Her number one suggestion: get involved and go into the school districts to help make change.
