Contest Guidelines & Rules
 
This contest is open to all working culinary professionals, both savory and pastry. Submissions must be received by April 15, 2018.
 
Step 1: Submit a short application for a chance to receive a leg of Prosciutto di Parma. 
 
Step 2: Ten (10) entrants will be selected to receive a leg of Prosciutto di Parma. Selected entrants must submit an original recipe that showcases Prosciutto di Parma and embraces #TheWholeLeg campaign. Entrants must post a photo of their dish on Instagram using #TheWholeLeg to be considered for the grand prize.
