Chef Renato di Pirro’s cuisine is classic Northern Italian with playful twists. In keeping with the Old-World Tuscan feel, Ristorante Cavour is cozy and intimate with warm colors, flickering candlelight, and soft music in the background. Diners are encouraged to mangia al Italia with three courses: antipasti, primi, and secondi. The Terrina di Fegato (foie gras) is paired with toasted panettone for a fresh interpretation of a classic standard.
