At Perilla, a neatly appointed restaurant longer than it is wide, diners reap the benefits of Dieterle’s well-traveled palate with a menu that incorporates the chef’s strengths, ambitions, and tested favorites. The menu reflects the distinctive “urban neighborhood” feel of the restaurant, where local steaks and artisan cheeses appear to great effect alongside Korean and Thai ingredients.
