Chef-owners Richard Knight and James Silk and Co-owner Meagan Silk have created an experience as close to a British roadside tavern as can be found south of the Mason-Dixon line. It would be easy, in championing the bold and hearty pub grub of Feast, to hype dishes like Tongue and Testicles or Bubble and Squeak—dishes that don’t push the boundaries of Houston’s comfort zone so much as shove them off the side of a cliff. But these food-dare dishes aren’t all that draws diners to Feast. The chefs' head-to-tail philosophy inspires two menus; one with classic pub fare and one with more exploratory realms of food.
