Duffy has a way with vegetables; he makes English peas sexy and mysterious, pairing them unexpectedly with cantaloupe and lavender. And for harmony of ingredients and sheer beauty, his plates are among the most artful in the city. Duffy’s cuisine is best experienced via the degustation menu, although à la carte options are available.
