The décor at BLT Market announces the restaurant’s seasonal ideology: antique farm tools act as sculptural points of interest while color-saturated paintings of produce dominate the neutral walls. In the kitchen, the chef combines the season’s best produce, meats and cheeses with special attention to outstanding, unusual local ingredients.
