INGREDIENTS:

7 parts Tanqueray #10 gin
1 part vintage green crème de menthe from the 1970s

METHOD:

Combine the gin and crème de menthe. Pour into an 8-liter European oak cask, lightly toasted, at that strength. Taste as it ages, and remove when ready.
