Bermuda Highway Swizzle

INGREDIENTS:

1 ounce Gosling's gold rum
1 ounce 10-year tawny Port
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce orgeat
1/2 ounce honey syrup
1/4 ounce maple syrup
pinch coarse salt
Barspoon red wine fig jam
Jerry Thomas bitters
sprig mint

METHOD:

In a shaker filled with ice, combine the rum, Port, lemon juice, orgeat, honey syrup, maple syrup, salt, and fig jam. Shake and double-strain into a tall, Pilsner-style swizzle glass. Top with a float of Jerry Thomas bitters. Garnish with mint.
