Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1 slice cucumber
½ ounce Tomr's Tonic
½ ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce ginger syrup
¾ ounce Del Maguey Vida mezcal
Negra Modelo beer

METHOD:

Put the cucumber slice in a mixing tin and bruise it with the muddler. Fill a Collins glass with ice and add about 2 ounces of Negra Modelo. Add Tomr's Tonic, lime juice, ginger syrup, and mezcal to the muddled cucumber. Shake and strain into the Collins glass with Negra Modelo, topping with more beer as needed.
