The Desert Sage

Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces Corzo tequila
½ ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce prickly pear puree
1 ounce house-made jalapeño syrup
2 fresh raspberries
3 leaves fresh sage

METHOD:

Muddle sage and raspberries with syrup. Add the tequila. Shake and fine strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnish with raspberries and sage.
