Concorde Sorbet and Savory Negroni with Gin

INGREDIENTS:

1 ounce Plymouth gin
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce Carpano Antica
1 pinch salt
1 scoop Christina's concord grape sorbet
orange peel
dill sprig

METHOD:

Combine gin, Campari, vermouth, and salt into a mixing glass over ice. Stir until the cocktail is very well chilled. Scoop the grape sorbet into a chilled coupe glass. Pour the chilled Negroni into the coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel and dill.
