2 ounces Highland Park 12-year single malt scotch whisky
¾ ounce averna amaro
¾ ounce Pierre Ferrand pineau des charentes white
17 drops Drambuie 15-year bitters
Oil from one 2-inch piece lemon peel
Combine the Scotch, Averna Amaro, fortified wine, Drambuie bitters, and ice in a coupe. Stir for 45 rapid revolutions. Garnish with the lemon oil.
