Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces Buffalo Trace bourbon
½ ounce passion fruit syrup
¼ ounce grenadine
¾ ounce lemon juice
1 dash Regan’s Orange bitters
4 ounces Scotsman ice, or crushed ice
Mess Hall & Co. cocktail cherries
1 lemon wheel

METHOD:

Combine the bourbon, passion fruit syrup, grenadine, lemon juice, and orange bitters in a glass. Flash blend for 4 seconds with a milkshake blender and pour into a short Tiki mug (or double Old Fashioned glass) over the Scotsman ice.  Garnish with Mess Hall cocktail cherries and a lemon wheel.
