Calico Sour

Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1ΒΌ ounces Galliano liqueur
1/3 ounce St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
1/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
2 dashes orange bitters
ginger beer
orange twist

METHOD:

In a shaker filled with ice, combine Galliano, allspice dram, lemon juice, and bitters. Shake and strain into a 10-ounce bar glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with orange twist, preferably with a channel knife expressing oils over the top of the cocktail.
