Barreled Honey Manhattan

Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces Jefferson’s Reserve bourbon
1 ounce Carpano Antica vermouth
¼ ounce honey syrup
2 dashes barrel-aged bitters
1 dash orange bitters
1 drop black walnut bitters
orange twist

METHOD:

Stir together ice, bourbon, Carpano Antica, and syrup. Pour into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with bitters and orange twist.
