INGREDIENTS:

1 ounce Highland Park 12-year Single Malt Scotch Whisky
⅓ ounce Hum Botanical spirit
Housemade maraschino cherries
3 drops Tonka Bean Bitters

METHOD:

Stir the whisky with the botanical spirit in a glass with ice and strain into a martini glass. Add the maraschino cherries and the Tonka Bean Bitters.
