Pumpkin Bread

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups sugar
¾ cup pumpkin purée
7 eggs
1¾ cup canola oil
2⅔ cups bread flour
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
4½ teaspoons baking powder
2½ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon

METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, pumpkin, eggs, and oil. Add the bread flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, and mix on medium speed until incorporated. Divide into prepared loaf pans and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes,
