INGREDIENTS:

Pine Whiskey
30 grams pine needles
750 milliliters George Dickel Cascade Hollow whiskey
To Assemble and Serve
1 ½ ounces Pine Whiskey
½ ounce Campari
½ ounce simple syrup
½ ounce lemon juice

METHOD:

For the Pine Whiskey:

Combine the pine needles and whiskey. Infuse for 12 hours. Strain.

To Assemble and Serve:

Combine the Pine Whiskey, Campari, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain. Serve straight up.
