2 ounces Lustau Amontillado Sherry
1 ounces Del Maguey Crema de mezcal
¾ ounces lime juice
½ ounces simple syrup
1 ounces grapefruit juice
In a cocktail shaker, combine ingredients, add ice, and shake well. Rim a pilsner glass with salt and add rock ice. Strain cocktail into glass, top with 1 ounce soda water, and garnish with lime wedge.
