1½ ounces Highland Park 12-year Single Malt Scotch Whisky
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce Angostura bitters
5 drops St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
10 drops acid phosphate
Combine whisky, syrup, lemon juice, bitters, allspice dram, and acid phosphate in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Serve straight up.
