2 ounces Black Maple Hill Bourbon
½ ounce Aperol
2 bar spoons Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur
10 drops Angostura bitters
3 drops Allspice Dram
Combine the bourbon, Aperol, walnut liqueur, and bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir approximately 30 to 40 times. Strain the drink over one large piece of ice. Garnish with orange oil by zesting a patch of the orange over the drink. Finish with a garnish of allspice dram.
