Yield: 1 Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounce Beefeater gin
½ ounce lime juice
½ ounce cinnamon bark
1 barspoon Averna Sambuca Agrumi

METHOD:

Shake the gin, lime juice, cinnamon bark syrup, and amaro with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Top with 1 ounce club soda.
