Yield: 1 Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces Punt e Mes vermouth
¾ ounce Campari
½ ounce Cherry Heering
2 dashes Regan's orange bitters
3 swaths orange peel

METHOD:

Mix the above ingredients in a mixing glass with no ice. Flame 3 swaths of orange peel inside a rocks glass, coating the inside of the glass with the oil. Pour the contents of the mixing glass into the rocks glass, and garnish with a single un-flamed orange twist.
