INGREDIENTS:

3/4 ounce applejack
3/4 ounce Aperol
1 1/2 ounces Del Maguey crema de mezcal
orange twist

METHOD:

In a cocktail glass, combine applejack, aperol, and mezcal over ice. Stir and strain into chilled 5½-ounce coupe glass. Garnish with orange twist.
