Smoked Paprika Hot Wings
For the Smoked Paprika Hot Wings:
Mix the rice flour, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, paprika, salt, and pepper together well. Toss the wings with the rice flour mixture thoroughly and deep fry at 350°F for about 8 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
To Assemble and Serve:
Melt butter and blend together with hot sauce. Toss Smoked Paprika Hot Wings with hot sauce-butter mixture and serve with ranch dressing.
