Peruvian Necktie

Yield: 1 Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
1½ ounces Macchu Pisco
¾ ounce lime juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
3 fresh blackberries
Regatta ginger beer
METHOD:
Combine the Macchu Pisco, lime juice, and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add ice and 2 fresh blackberries. Shake hard to break the blackberries. Pour into a Collins glass and top with ginger beer. Add the remaining blackberry for garnish.
