INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces AnCnoc 12-year single malt Scotch whisky
¾ ounce Cynar
¼ ounce lemon juice
¼ ounce simple syrup
1 dash grapefruit bitters
grapefruit zest
Club soda

METHOD:

Combine the whisky, Cynar, lemon juice, syrup, and bitters. Shake well, strain over ice, and add a splash of club soda. Squeeze grapefruit zest over drink and rub against glass rim, then garnish.
