Bittered Holland Sling

INGREDIENTS:

1 ounce Cardinal Barrel Rested gin
1 ounce Red Breast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
¼ ounce Demerara syrup
4 dashes Boker's bitters
½ ounce Ron Zacapa 23-year rum

METHOD:

In a cocktail glass filled with ice, combine gin, whiskey, syrup, and bitters; stir. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass with fresh ice and float rum on top.
