INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces Banks 5 Island rum
1 ounce grapefruit juice
¾ ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
¾ ounce fresh lime juice
7 cracked or crushed ice cubes
lime wheel
Maraschino cherry

METHOD:

In a Vitamix Quiet One, blend rum, grapefruit juice, maraschino liqueur, lime juice, and ice on program 1. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel or maraschino cherry.
