INGREDIENTS:

Coconut Syrup
1 cup coconut milk
2 cups Coco López cream of coconut
To Assemble and Serve
¾ ounce Bäska Snaps
¾ ounce Cappelletti Aperitivo Americano
½ ounce Smith & Cross rum
¾ ounce pineapple juice
½ ounce orange juice
½ ounce lime juice
½ wheel of pineapple
3 pineapple leaves
Fresh nutmeg

METHOD:

For the Coconut Syrup

In a blender, combine coconut milk and cream of coconut. Blend on high for 5 minutes. 

To Assemble and Serve

To a shaker, add Bäska Snaps, Cappelletti, rum, juices, and ¾ ounce Coconut Syrup. Add ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with pineapple and leaves. Using a microplane, finish with grated nutmeg.
