Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces cinnamon-infused Del Maguey Vida mezcal
¼ ounce Amargo-Vallet Angostura
1 ounce lime juice
¾ ounce ginger syrup
Fever Tree ginger beer
Lime wheel
Angostura bitters

METHOD:

In a shaker with ice, combine mezcal, Amargo-Vallet, lime juice, and ginger syrup. Shake 30 seconds. Into a Collins glass filled with ice, strain mixture. Top with ginger beer, garnish with lime, and finish with a few dashes Angostura bitters.
