Yield: 1 cocktail


1 ounce tequila
½ ounce lemon-rosemary syrup
½ ounce Cocchi Americano
1 dash celery bitters
Dry Prosecco
Lemon twist


To a mixing glass with ice, add tequila, syrup, Cocchi, and bitters. Shake for 20 seconds. Double strain into a Champagne flute, top with Prosecco, and garnish with lemon twist.
