Sacrilege: Chamomile-infused Pisco Portón, Green Chartreuse, Lime, Honey, Egg White, and Pepper

INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces chamomile-infused pisco Portón
½ ounce green Chartreuse
½ ounce honey syrup
½ ounce lime juice
1 egg white
Cracked black pepper

METHOD:

Add the pisco, chartreuse, syrup, and lime juice to a mixing glass and dry shake with the egg white. Add ice and shake again. Pour into a large cocktail glass and garnish with pepper.
